Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare

detailed BOQs, cost estimates, and take-offs

for finishes and interior fit-out works. Evaluate

tender documents, drawings, and specifications

to identify scope gaps and pricing risks. Analyze and compare

supplier/vendor quotations

and negotiate pricing. Monitor

project budgets and cost control

throughout execution. Verify

contractor bills

and coordinate with accounts for timely payments. Conduct

site measurements

to validate progress and ensure alignment with drawings. Liaise with the project, design, and procurement teams for smooth cost and scope management. Assist in

value engineering

exercises to optimize cost without compromising quality. Track

variation orders

and manage cost implications due to design or scope changes. Prepare

monthly cost reports

and maintain documentation for audits and project closure.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in

Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field

. 3-5 years of proven experience in

interior fit-out or finishing works

. Strong knowledge of

market rates, interior materials, and vendor databases

. Proficiency in

MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software

(e.g., CostX, Candy). Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines. Familiarity with

contracts like FIDIC

(preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
