Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Prepare detailed

BOQs, cost estimates, and quantity take-offs

from drawings and specifications Assist in

project cost planning, budgeting, and cost control

Prepare

tender documents

, evaluate contractor bids, and assist in negotiations Monitor

material quantities, variations, and interim valuations

Coordinate with architects, consultants, and site teams Assist in

billing, certification, and final accounts

Ensure cost efficiency without compromising design intent and quality
Requirements

Degree/Diploma in

Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering

Minimum

1-3 years of relevant experience

(architectural or construction projects preferred) Proficiency in

Excel, AutoCAD

, and estimation software (if any) Strong understanding of

construction methods, materials, and local rates

Good communication and coordination skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
