Job Description

Cost Planning & Estimation:

Developing preliminary cost estimates, feasibility studies, and detailed budgets based on drawings and specifications.

Bill of Quantities (BOQ):

Preparing detailed, accurate BOQs and measurements for both civil works (structural, concrete) and MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) using software like CostX or AutoCAD.

Tender Management:

Compiling tender packages, managing the bidding process, evaluating contractor bids, and negotiating final contract terms.

Value Engineering:

Analyzing designs to optimize costs without compromising quality or performance.

Risk & Contract Review:

Identifying risks, reviewing contract terms (e.g., FIDIC), and ensuring contractual compliance.

Pay: Up to ?80,000.00 per month
