Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, billing, and quantity analysis for construction projects. The candidate should have strong exposure to BOQ preparation and project cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare BOQs, estimates, and rate analysis Handle billing, measurement sheets, and cost tracking Coordinate with project and site teams Monitor project costs and control budgets Ensure accuracy in quantity take-offs and documentation

Requirements:

5 years of experience in construction projects Strong knowledge of quantity surveying and billing Good coordination and analytical skills
