Quantity Surveyor.. (Female Only)

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. The role involves ensuring cost efficiency and accuracy in construction projects, preparing cost estimates and budgets, and analyzing project costs. The Quantity Surveyor will work closely with the project team to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge and experience in cost control, BOQ, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting
Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in relevant software and tools
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
Experience in the construction industry is a plus
Skill: Qs/Estimating, BOQ, Rate Analysis, Auto CAd, MS Office.

Experience: 2- 3 Years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
