Job Responsibilities:

Preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and project budgets Monitoring project costs and controlling expenses Handling billing, measurements, and RA bills Managing subcontractor accounts and vendor payments Reviewing drawings and preparing quantity take-offs Preparing variation orders and final bills Coordinating with site engineers, contractors, and project managers Maintaining cost records and MIS reports

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying Strong knowledge of BOQ, billing, and estimation Experience in

commercial / corporate projects preferred

Good knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD (basic) Strong analytical and communication skills
