esponsibilities
D

eveloping detailed budgets and cost estimates for various pre-contract stages such as concept design, feasibility design, preliminary design, detailed design etc. throughout all project phases, from initial planning to final construction. M
onitoring and managing project costs to prevent overruns by tracking expenditures and identifying potential cost-saving measures. P
reparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities. P
erforming precise measurements, rate analysis, and risk evaluations. R
ate analysis using SPONS price book, SoR and BCIS cost index. P
rocurement strategies and executing procurement processes. A
dministration of construction contracts, including change management. F
inancial reporting, tracking, final cost projections, and forecasts to complete. C
oordinating with project stakeholders. K
nowledge of Codes & MCHW, CESMM or NRM standard. R
eview and finalize cost estimates for various infrastructure projects. C
oordinate with the UK team and project managers. M
aintain progress tracker, resource allocation, and support in team management. W
ork order management and budget preparation for the resources.

+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying, in large-scale infrastructure projects. B
achelor's degree in civil engineering, quantity surveying, Construction Management, or related field. M
aster's degree in a relevant field is preferred. P

referable to have Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
