Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor at W Design Studio in Hyderabad. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost management, planning, and reporting. The role involves working closely with the design and project teams to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
Qualifications
Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning skills
BOQ preparation and Cost Reporting proficiency
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field
Previous experience in interior design or construction projects is preferred
