Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare

cost estimates, budgets, and BOQs

for commercial interior projects. Conduct

quantity take-offs

from drawings and specifications. Perform

cost control and value engineering

during project execution. Evaluate

vendor quotations, rate analysis, and negotiation

for cost efficiency. Monitor and track

project costs, variations, and financial progress reports

. Prepare and review

contracts, subcontracts, and work orders

. Handle

billing verification and certification

for vendors and contractors. Prepare

MIS reports and cost summaries

for management. Coordinate with

design, procurement, and execution teams

to ensure cost alignment with project scope.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management

. Minimum

3+ years of experience

in quantity surveying for

commercial interior or fit-out projects

. Strong knowledge of

BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and contract management

. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, MS Excel, and cost estimation software

. Excellent

analytical, negotiation, and written communication skills

. Ability to

work under tight deadlines

and manage multiple projects.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
