Job Description

QS - JD - (Work Exp with CPWD / MES Projects is preferable)

1. Quantities Take off from the Tender / GFC drawings for Civil Works, detailed calculations of Structural Steel Works etc.,

2. Prepare Bill of Quantities and Specifications per the CPWD Specifications.

3. Preparation of Rate Analysis as per CPWD Delhi Analysis of Rates

4. Preparation of Comparative statements of all quotes and facilitating for negotiations.

5. Preparation and issuing of Purchase orders / Work orders in coordination with the site team.

6. Certification of the RA Bills submitted by Contractors.

7. Preparation of BBS for Reinforcement Steel Works

8. Preparation of Comparative statements of all quotes and facilitating for negotiations.

9. Reconciliation of Major Materials.

10. Monthly updation of Budgets against work done values.

11. Preparation of Monthly Cash Flow statements.

12. Documentation of RA Bills, Work Orders/Purchase Orders & Approvals.

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year
