Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor, based in Coimbatore. The responsibilities will include preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing and controlling project costs, planning budgets, and generating cost reports. The role also involves ensuring financial efficiency and successful cost monitoring throughout projects.

Qualifications

Proficiency in cost-related skills such as Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning Experience in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) Ability to generate accurate and timely Cost Reporting Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills Strong attention to detail and financial accuracy Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field Knowledge of construction methods and materials is beneficial Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for quantity surveying is an advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
