Job Description

Assess detailed quantities for the various civil related components and accordingly prepare detailed cost estimates for the work packages.

Collect market rates for various work items included in the schedule and prepare detailed rate analysis and acceptance.

Responsible for cost estimation, preparing tender documents, managing contracts, and ensuring projects are completed within budget without compromising on quality or legal standards

Responsible for review of bills/ invoices submitted by the contractor, including variations.
Review submission of rates submitted by contractor for extra items as applicable

Visit construction sites to measure work completed, ensure materials are available, and monitor progress.

Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to align on costs and project goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
