Key Responsibilities:

Prepare

cost estimates

,

BOQs (Bill of Quantities)

, and

tender documents

based on drawings and specifications. Conduct

feasibility studies

and perform

cost analysis

for project budgeting and forecasting. Evaluate and verify

contractor quotations

and

vendor bills

for accuracy and compliance. Manage

procurement

of materials, subcontractor agreements, and

cost control

throughout project execution. Monitor and record

project progress

and assess

variations / change orders

for approval. Prepare and maintain

cost reports

,

cash flow statements

, and

budget forecasts

. Support in

negotiating contracts

, claims, and final settlements with contractors and vendors. Ensure adherence to

quality standards

,

legal requirements

, and

company policies

. Liaise with

clients, consultants, contractors

, and internal departments to ensure smooth project flow. Conduct

site visits

to verify progress and quantities for certification and billing purposes.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of

construction contracts

,

tendering

, and

cost estimation

. Proficiency in

MS Excel, AutoCAD, and Quantity Surveying software

(e.g., CostX, Candy, or Primavera). Excellent

numerical, analytical, and negotiation

skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in cost and measurement calculations. Good communication and report-writing skills.
