Qualification:

B.E. in Civil Engineering

We are looking for a

Quantity Surveyor (QS)

with plumbing experience to support our design and estimation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and verifying BOQs, coordinating with clients and consultants, supporting drawing revisions, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and verify

Bill of Quantities (BOQ)

based on design drawings. Coordinate with

clients

,

consultants

, and

design teams

for approvals and clarifications. Assist in

preparing and revising plumbing drawings

using

AutoCAD

. Maintain project documentation and help prepare

technical submittals

and

reports

. Ensure timely delivery of design and quantity outputs as per project timelines.

Skills Required:

Knowledge of

plumbing systems and materials

Proficient in

AutoCAD

Good communication and coordination skills Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines
