Position:

Quantity surveyor(Full Time) - GCC Experience

Location: Ambattur OT, Chennai - 600053, Tamil Nadu, India

Key Responsibilities:

Cost Estimation and Budgeting:

Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for various construction projects including buildings, infrastructure, and civil engineering works. Analyze and evaluate project specifications and requirements to prepare accurate cost estimates.

Tendering and Bid Evaluation:

Participate in the preparation and evaluation of tender documents, bills of quantities, and contract documents. Assess and evaluate bids to ensure they meet project specifications and requirements.

Contract Administration:

Manage and monitor project costs to ensure projects are completed within budget. Prepare and process payments for contractors and suppliers. Handle contract administration, including the management of variations, claims, and disputes.

Cost Control and Reporting:

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to contract specifications. Maintain comprehensive records of all project activities, costs, and changes. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on project status and financial performance.

Collaboration and Compliance:

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
- Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Salary Package:

- Competitive salary package of 480,000 to 720,000 lakh per annum.
