KMR Projects Private Limited is seeking an experienced

Quantity Surveyor

with a strong focus on

billing work

for

storm water drain projects under PMC/government contracts

. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling all billing-related tasks, coordinating with clients and engineers, and ensuring timely and accurate preparation of bills.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare running account (RA) bills and final bills in accordance with project progress. Coordinate joint measurements with site engineers and government/PMC officials. Ensure billing is aligned with approved BOQ, drawings, and specifications. Maintain accurate records of quantities executed on-site. Handle subcontractor billing and verification of their claims. Cross-check measurements with drawings and site records for accuracy. Coordinate with the accounts department for timely processing and submission. Ensure all billing documentation complies with government/PMC project requirements.

Requirements:

Qualification:

Any Bachelor's degree.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in

billing work for storm water drain or similar infrastructure projects under PMC/government contracts

. Strong knowledge of BOQ, RA bills, and government billing procedures. Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software. Excellent measurement, documentation, and coordination skills.
