Quantity Surveyour
B. E CIVIL More than 5 years Experience Civil knowledge, Prepare detailed cost estimates and project budgets from the initial design stages. Perform quantity take-offs to estimate materials, labor, and equipment needs.
Assess detailed quantities for the various civil related components and accordingly prepare detailed cost estimates for the work packages.
Collect market rates for various work items included in the schedule and prepare detailed rate analysis and acceptance.
Be responsible for review of bills/ invoices submitted by the contractor, including variations.
Review submission of rates submitted by contractor for extra items as applicable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ?35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
