Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented

Quantity Surveyor

with 5 to 6 years of proven experience in

residential construction projects

. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in quantity take-offs, estimation, and cost control within the residential real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform

quantity take-offs

and measurements specifically for

residential buildings

Prepare and verify

Bills of Quantities (BOQ)

Carry out accurate

cost estimation

for civil, structural, and finishing works Track

project budgets

and ensure cost-effective execution Prepare and manage

Work Orders

for contractors and suppliers Monitor and control project costs to prevent overruns Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for timely updates

Requirements:

5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in

residential construction

Sound knowledge of estimation techniques, BOQ preparation, and cost control Proficiency in MS Excel and QS-related tools/software Good understanding of construction materials, methods, and market rates Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills

Preferred:

Experience working with builders or developers on

apartment or villa projects

Knowledge of local pricing and residential construction standards

Pay: Up to ?30,000.00 per month
