We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented

Quantity Surveyor

with a minimum of

2 years of experience

to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and analyze cost estimates and budgets for Interior projects. Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labor costs. Monitor project progress and provide regular cost reports to stakeholders. Measure and value the work done on-site to ensure compliance with the project budget. Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and other vendors. Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes. Perform risk and value management to minimize potential risks to the project. Ensure compliance with legal and project-specific requirements. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in quantity surveying or a similar role. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal requirements. Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical and numerical skills. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Knowledge of relevant safety and building regulations.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
