Job Description

We are hiring Civil Engineers (Freshers) for Quantity Surveyor Role.

:

Perform accurate quantity takeoffs for landscape projects using On-Screen Takeoff software. Review project drawings and specifications to extract and measure quantities for materials. Ensure all quantity takeoffs are precise and comply with project requirements and standards. Coordinate with project teams to verify measurements and clarify any discrepancies in the drawings. Provide detailed and organized reports on quantity takeoffs to support project budgeting and procurement processes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of On-Screen Takeoff software and other relevant tools to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency in takeoff methods and accuracy across the project.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Strong understanding of plans and specifications. Experience with Onscreen Takeoff, proficiency in MS Excel is a plus. Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to meet deadlines and work independently. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.

Pay: ?11,305.69 - ?30,000.00 per month
