Should have minimum 5 to 15 years of experience is required
Reviewing and interpreting project plans and specifications
Preparing detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment
Conducting site visits to gather data and assess project feasibility
Collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers
Analyzing project requirements to identify potential risks and cost-saving opportunities
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Experience with estimating software such as HCSS, Plan Swift, or Bluebeam
Need to prepare the estimation according to the drawing
The candidate who is having mid east experience is most welcome.
The candidate should have experience in Prima Vera
