We Are Hiring For Quantity Surveyor
Location: Trichy
Experience: 10-12yrs
Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects. Manage contracts and ensure compliance with project specifications. Monitor project expenditures and provide cost reports. Evaluate and negotiate change orders and variations. Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects stay within budget. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and validate completed work. Manage procurement and purchase orders for construction materials. Analyze project risks and work to minimize cost impacts.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Professional certification as a Quantity Surveyor is preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction cost estimation and contract management. Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and costs. Excellent analytical and mathematical skills. Proficient in project management software and cost estimation tools. Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?65,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
