B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil with relevant experience.
5-10 years of experience in
tendering or estimation
in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of
quantity take-off, rate analysis, and BOQ preparation
.
Key Responsibilities:
Review tender drawings, specifications, and BOQs to identify scope and requirements.
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and material requirements.
Assist in cost estimation, rate analysis, and pricing of tenders.
Coordinate with planning, procurement, and engineering teams for input data.
Analyze subcontractor/vendor quotations for cost comparison.
Maintain and update cost databases and standard rate libraries.
Prepare tender clarifications and technical/commercial bid documents.
Support in post-tender negotiations and documentation.
