Job Description

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction and interior projects. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed within budget and to the highest standards.

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQ) Evaluate tenders and negotiate contracts with contractors and suppliers Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports Maintain awareness of the different building contracts in current use Prepare and analyze costing for tenders Value completed work and arrange payments Advise on procurement strategies Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers
