Role Overview:

The Operations Supervisor will oversee day-to-day site activities, vendor coordination, material management, and workforce supervision to ensure timely execution of interior projects. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across teams to deliver quality outputs as per client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor daily operations of assigned interior projects. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and design teams for smooth execution. Manage labor workforce, allocate tasks, and ensure productivity. Oversee procurement and timely delivery of materials at site. Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers for work progress. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards. Maintain daily/weekly site reports and share with management. Assist in resolving operational issues, conflicts, or delays at site. Support project handover and client coordination when required.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, and execution. Good people management and leadership skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic understanding of project timelines, BOQ, and drawings. Effective communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of project management tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
