Role Overview
We're hiring a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage measurement, cost control, billing, and documentation for ongoing government school projects in Madhya Pradesh. The role ensures the work stays on time, on budget, and as per government norms.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare & verify quantities, BOQs, and cost estimates for civil and finishing works.
Check, certify, and process RA & final bills based on executed work.
Conduct joint measurements with site engineers and maintain MB records.
Prepare material reconciliation (cement, steel, aggregates, etc.).
Monitor project cost vs. budget and report deviations.
Maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections.
Assist Project Manager with progress reports & coordination.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma / B.E. (Civil) or Degree in Quantity Surveying.
3-8 years' experience in building construction (Govt. projects preferred).
Knowledge of PWD/CPWD SOR, IS Codes & Govt. specs.
Proficient in MS Excel & AutoCAD.
Detail-oriented, analytical & deadline-driven.
Understanding of local construction practices & govt. regulations.
Other Requirements -
Ready to work at project sites across Madhya Pradesh.
Strong in billing, cost control & documentation for government works.
