: Prepare detailed estimates for projects, including all labor and material costs.

Contract Management

: Manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications.

Project Reporting

: Provide regular updates on project progress and financial status to stakeholders.

Software Proficiency

: Auto-CAD, MS-Office

Key Requirements



Experience

: 3 to 5 years of experience in quantity surveying within the residential real estate sector.

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in Auto-CAD and MS-Office for effective project planning and documentation.

Analytical Skills

: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to manage project costs effectively.

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
