Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and tender documents.
Conduct feasibility studies and cost planning for construction projects.
Monitor, control, and report on project expenditures.
Evaluate contractors' quotations and negotiate contracts.
Certify and process payments to contractors and suppliers.
Carry out cost comparisons, value engineering, and risk assessments.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure cost-effective solutions.
Prepare monthly progress reports and maintain updated cost records.
Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and safety requirements.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, ERP software, and QS tools.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and reporting abilities.
