Job Description

Prepare and manage project budgets and cost plans.

Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses.

Monitor project expenditure and control costs.

Prepare tenders, contracts, and procurement documentation.

Manage contract administration and dispute resolution.

Measure and value work done on site and certify payments.

Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and specifications.

Coordinate with project managers, designers, and contractors.

Qualifications



Degree or Diploma in Civil, Interior Design, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in quantity surveying, particularly in interior fit out projects.

Strong knowledge of construction contracts and practices.

Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
