Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

? Ability to read ,analyse both Structural and architectural and give the valid feedback

? Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity take off and updating the data as the design revisions are made

? General QS requirements including but not limited by: o Rate analyses for various constructional activities with proper knowledge of coefficients used as per industry standards, Preparation of BBS o Reconciliation of various A-class material o

? Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.

? Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.

? Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.

? Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.

? Traveling from the office to various sites as required and documenting/reconciling quantities of various materials

Quantity Surveyor Requirements:

? Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

? Construction estimating or finance experienced is advantageous.

? Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

? Sound knowledge of construction.

? Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.

? Ability to organize, plan, and strategize

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?550,000.00 per year
