Qualification: BE Mechanical Engineering (Required)

Role & Responsibilities:

Prepare

detailed cost estimates

and project budgets.

Analyze drawings, BOQs, and specifications for accurate quantification.

Conduct

rate analysis

and cost benchmarking.

Monitor project costs to ensure work is within approved budgets.

Prepare

Assist in

contract preparation, review, and administration

Interpret contract conditions and ensure compliance.

Maintain records for contractual correspondence.

Track

planned vs. actual costs

Forecast

cost to complete and final project cost

.

Identify cost overruns and recommend corrective measures.

Prepare

client interim/final bills

.

Verify and certify

subcontractor running account (RA) bills

.

Ensure timely submission and approval of payments.

Prepare

cost reports, cash flow statements, and MIS reports

.

Evaluate

variation orders, extra items, and change requests

.

Prepare and substantiate

claims and counter-claims

.

Assist in preparation of

final accounts

and project close-out.

Identify

commercial risks and opportunities

.

Participate in

value engineering

to optimize costs.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:

Strong knowledge of

costing, BOQ, billing, and contracts

Proficiency in

Excel, ERP systems, and QS software

Understanding of

FIDIC / lump sum / item rate contracts

Analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
