Key Responsibilities:
? Analyse drawing and specifications of new building projects provided by architects or engineers.
? Calculate the quantity of materials required for the project.
? Calculate actual labour costs for the project.
? Prepare an effective budget estimate for each stage of the construction process based on consumer requirements.
? Prepare bills for the project.
? Ensure that the project stays within budget.
Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree/Diploma in related field.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google workspace
? Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
