Key Responsibilities:
Purchase & Procurement:
Identify and source quality materials and vendors at competitive prices.
Prepare purchase orders, negotiate pricing, and manage procurement schedules.
Maintain inventory levels, delivery timelines, and track material usage on-site.
Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
Maintain and update vendor databases and evaluate supplier performance
Quantity Surveying:
Prepare detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities) based on drawings and project requirements.
Conduct site measurements, cost analysis, and estimation of quantities and materials.
Monitor project costs and prepare budgets to ensure profitability.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams for quantity take-offs and cost updates.
Manage variation orders, claims, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare interim and final bills for clients and subcontractors.
