Amzer Infra Projects is looking for a skilled and experienced
Quantity Surveyor
to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, quantity take-offs, billing, and project cost control to ensure projects are completed within budget and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for construction projects
Prepare BOQs, budgets, and cost reports
Handle client and subcontractor billing
Monitor project costs and control variations
Evaluate tenders and prepare comparative statements
Coordinate with site engineers and project managers
Verify measurements and work progress at site
Assist in final accounts and project close-out
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
Minimum
3-5 years
experience in construction projects
Strong knowledge of BOQ, billing, and cost control
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
