Job Description

:

We are hiring a Quantity Surveyor with experience in interior fit-out projects.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and review BOQs and cost estimates

Take measurements and verify contractor/vendor bills

Manage vendor payments and cost tracking

Assist in tendering, rate analysis, and cost control

Coordinate with site and project teams for material and quantity verification

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying

Minimum 2 years of experience in interior fit-out works

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Word

Strong knowledge of materials, specifications, and BOQ preparation

Salary: As per industry standards
