Job Role : Quantity Surveyor

White Pearl Constructions, a top-tier construction company with Pan India projects, is seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors (QS) to join our growing team.

Qualifications

: B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying

Experience

: 1 to 4 years

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment Manage project budgets and monitor cost variations Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare bills of quantities (BOQ) Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and site engineers to ensure cost efficiency Evaluate and negotiate contracts and tenders Track project progress and assess any cost-related risks Prepare and maintain detailed reports on project financials Ensure compliance with industry standards and contract regulations
