Key Responsibilities

Generate

cutting lists

for factory production teams, ensuring efficient use of materials and minimal wastage. Coordinate with the design team to review drawings, material specifications, and scope of work. Float inquiries, obtain quotations, and prepare

vendor comparison sheets

to support purchase decisions. Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve cost savings without compromising quality. Certify subcontractor bills and verify site measurements for timely payment processing. Track project budgets, monitor costs, and highlight potential overruns. Support project managers by providing

cost and material reports

during project execution. Maintain updated records of purchases, contracts, and vendor agreements. Ensure compliance with quality standards, timelines, and company policies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.

3-5 years of experience

in quantity surveying, preferably in

interior design / fit-out projects

. Strong knowledge of

materials, joinery works, and production processes

for interiors. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS software/tools

. Experience in preparing cutting lists for factory production is a must. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
