Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team

(Immediate Joining)

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. You will work closely with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of BOQ and cost estimates
DPR and DLR
Site measurement and billing
Rate analysis and cost control
Assist in tendering and procurement
Material and labor reconciliation
Handling variations and change orders
Coordination with site and project teams
Preparation of cost reports and documentation
Ensure compliance with contract and standards
Identifying and assisting material procurement whenever required
Contractors Bill checking
Preparation of Quotations and Purchase
Orders

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in Quantitiy Surveyor or Civil Engineering Strong understanding of construction materials methods and market rate Proffeciant in AutoCAD,MS Excel & QS Tools Good knowledge of estimation codes and standard BOQ formats. Analytical and numerical skills for accurate cost planning Good communication and coordination ability .
