Job Description

Prepare quantification of items and tasks for all projects e.g., tile, doors and windows, RCC quantity, etc. Coordinate with the drawing department, Kanix team, purchase team, and interior and site team for quantity checking and finalization. Prepare project cost estimation of the total cost of a project as per the available initial drawings. Prepare a Bill of Quantity for issuing contractors their offers.- Create detailed estimation of items as per the drawings and update the same in the ERP system. Review drawing issued and delegate various work to Asst. Quantity Surveyors. Clarify queries if any, with the concerned departments. Carry out tender comparison/material comparison as per the requirement. Ensure that required revisions and updates are made in ERP. Carry out site visits as required. Ensure that all activities are carried out as per the Standard Operating Procedures in the section. Provide reports and MIS to relevant stakeholders accurately and within the specified time.
