Position Title:

BOQ / Estimation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed

Bill of Quantities (BOQ)

based on drawings, specifications, and site requirements. Analyze

tender documents, construction drawings, and technical specifications

for quantity take-off. Prepare

cost estimates

for materials, labor, subcontractor works, and equipment. Coordinate with

designers, procurement team, and site engineers

to verify quantities and specifications. Float

material and subcontractor inquiries

to vendors and compare quotations. Assist in

value engineering

to optimize cost without compromising quality. Prepare

rate analysis

and maintain updated price databases for materials and labor. Identify

scope gaps, exclusions, and risk factors

in tenders. Prepare and submit

commercial proposals / quotations

to clients. Support

negotiations and finalization

of contracts with vendors and subcontractors. Track

project cost variations and updates

during execution. Maintain

proper documentation

of estimates and vendor quotations.

Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma / Degree in

Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design

or relevant field.

1-5 years of experience

in BOQ preparation / Estimation within interior fitout / construction. Strong knowledge of

materials, joinery, MEP, and civil works

. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software

. Excellent

analytical and mathematical skills

. Ability to

read and interpret drawings (Architectural, MEP, Joinery, etc.)

. Strong

negotiation and vendor coordination abilities

. Attention to detail and ability to

work under timelines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,199.06 - ₹15,000.00 per month
