Quantity Surveyor

to optimize the value of our projects and manage financial risk from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

As a

Quantity Surveyor

, you will be the financial backbone of our construction projects, ensuring maximum value for money while maintaining quality.

Cost Management & Budgeting

(Pre-Contract):

Prepare detailed and accurate

cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BoQ), and comprehensive project budgets.

Develop and manage tender documents, conduct analysis, and implement effective procurement strategies for materials and subcontractors.

Contract Administration (Post-Contract):

Monitor and control overall

project finances

, meticulously tracking variations (VOs) and change orders.

Conduct accurate interim valuations of work completed and process timely payment claims.

Assist in the management and administration of construction contracts (FIDIC, JCT, or local Indian contracts), ensuring strict compliance.

Essential Requirements & Qualifications

Experience:

2 to 4 years

of proven experience as a

Quantity Surveyor, Cost Estimator, or Commercial Manager

in the

Construction, Real Estate, or Infrastructure industry.

Software Proficiency:

Expert-level use of

Microsoft Office Suite

, especially

Excel

, for

financial modeling

and reporting.

Technical Skills:

Strong working knowledge of construction processes, contract management (FIDIC/local codes), cost control, and procurement principles.

Exceptional analytical, numerical, and financial reporting skills.

Soft Skills:

Proven

negotiation skills

, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively both independently and as part of a project team.
