Job Summary:

Royallinks is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented

Quantity Surveyor

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control of our construction and real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications. Monitor project costs and ensure they remain within the approved budget. Evaluate tender documents and prepare bills of quantities (BOQ). Conduct cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work. Prepare and review contracts, variations, and project reports. Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure accurate cost tracking. Maintain records of all project payments, material usage, and site measurements. Support the procurement process by identifying cost-effective vendors and suppliers.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying. 1-3 years of experience in construction or real estate projects. Strong knowledge of estimation software and MS Excel. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Experience:

Prior experience in residential or commercial construction projects. Knowledge of local market rates and BOQ preparation.
