NOTE: MALE CANDIDATES ONLY

Rate Analysis, Costing, Quantity Surveying, Sub Contractor Billing, Bar Bending Schedule, BOQ Preparation, Preparation and tracking the Budget, Material reconciliation, Rate Negotiation and preparing the comparison statements.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Preparation of BOQs Check and review the site requisitions and compare them with the approved Bill of Quantity (BOQ) Entry of BoQ and Quantity Analysing at the ERP software Preparing and executing the checklist of work Sub-contractors & sub agencies bills Monthly Reports of Work orders and billed details Rate Analysis for Tendered and Non tendered items Reconciliation of all types of Materials Calculate the Shuttering material and Bar Bending Schedule Daily Progress report Submit and negotiate contract variations, additional works, snags and maintenance orders. Maintain drawing register
Qualifications and Skills: Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering

Experience: 5+ years of experience as Quantity Surveyor for High-rise Residential building/ Villas Project

Desirables: Multi-tasking, self-motivated, energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work; Work well under pressure.

Preferred: Knowledge of AutoCAD

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
