Job Description

Role - Quantity Surveyor

Location- Bangalore (must be willing to relocate)

Expr - 5+ yrs

Education - Graduation/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent stream

Notice period - Immediately /15days/serving Notice period

Must have Skills-

Auto CAD and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

JD :-

Must have expr in Pre construction.

. Work out Quantities from AutoCAD drawings including detailed Measurement Sheets.

Experience in Quantifying of Civil, Landscape, Interior Fitout item of works.

Cost Planning / Budgeting / Cost Estimate and Rate Analysis.

Site billing knowledge, bill scrutinizing and certification.

BOQ & Technical specifications Preparation.

Value engineering and Material knowledge.

Tender & Contract documentation.
