Key Responsibilities

Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets and cash flows. Conduct detailed quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation. Evaluate contractor/vendor bills, claims, and variations. Handle tendering, rate analysis, and bid evaluations. Provide accurate cost forecasting and financial reporting to management. Ensure compliance with contract conditions and project specifications. Support project managers and engineers in decision-making with cost-related data.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory). Experience: Minimum 8 years of professional experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and contract management in large-scale civil projects. Strong knowledge of standard contract conditions (FIDIC/CPWD or similar). Proficiency in cost control software/tools and MS Excel. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
