Role Overview:

We're hiring a

Quantity Surveyor

who knows how to make every square foot count. Your work will directly influence high-end turnkey projects that blend luxury, efficiency, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Measurements:

Conduct accurate on-site measurements to verify execution and progress.

Client Billing:

Prepare and submit milestone-based client invoices with clarity and accuracy.

Vendor Billing:

Validate and process vendor bills in sync with site status and purchase orders

Team Coordination:

Act as a bridge between site engineers, contractors, and the office team.

Reporting:

Deliver timely reports to the Project Manager on quantities, costs, and progress.

Tendering:

Assist in BOQs, cost estimation, and bid evaluations for new and upcoming projects.

Skills You Bring:

Deep understanding of quantity surveying & billing practices Proficiency in

MS Excel, AutoCAD

, and relevant billing/project tools (ERP, MS Project, etc.) Analytical mindset with an eye for precision Excellent communication and negotiation skills Experience handling multiple vendors and project timelines

Bonus Points For:

M.Tech in Civil Engineering Hands-on experience in high-end commercial, or hospitality projects
