Key Responsibilities Quantity Surveying: Prepare and compile comprehensive BOQ documents from project drawings and specifications. Cost Estimation: Conduct detailed material, labor, and equipment cost analysis. Tendering: Assist in the preparation of tender documentation and evaluation of contractor bids. Variation Management: Assess, document, and price variations/change orders. Requirements Proven experience in Quantity Surveying or Cost Control. Strong understanding of construction methods, contracts, and measurement standards (e.g., POMI, SMM). Proficiency with BOQ software/tools.
