Position : Quantity Surveyor - Interior

Experience: Min 2+ years

Qualification : Civil Background

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and maintain BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for interior projects. Estimate project costs including materials, labor, subcontractors, and overheads. Evaluate tender documents and prepare cost analysis reports. Assist in project budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Conduct site measurements and verify contractor bills. Prepare rate analysis and negotiate with vendors/suppliers. Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and contract terms. Track project variations/changes and update costs accordingly. Support project managers and architects in financial and contractual matters. Prepare interim payment certificates and final settlement of accounts. Maintain documentation of contracts, purchase orders, and agreements. Work closely with procurement and site teams to ensure cost efficiency.
