Prepare and analyse

Support the

by preparing tender documentation and evaluating subcontractor/vendor quotations.
Track project
costs vs. budgets

for measurement, verification, and valuation purposes.
Handle
change orders/variations

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in
Quantity Surveying

Minimum

Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, Candy).
