Key Responsibilities: Quantification: Measure and calculate quantities for all project components (e.g., civil, structural, architectural) from design documents. Documentation: Prepare detailed BOQ documents suitable for tendering and contract purposes. Estimation: Assist in preliminary and detailed cost estimations. Support: Collaborate with procurement and design teams to ensure accurate material and scope definition. Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field. Proficiency in measurement software and relevant standards (e.g., CESMM, SMM7). Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
